Muay Thai Kids & Teens

Muay Thai class for youngsters aged from 3 to 15, which has been professionally developed specifically for kids to teach them important life skills with an exciting, enriching techniques. This is a great class for gaining confidence, better fitness, co-ordination, speed and agility.

Muay Thai Adults

Muay Thai adults class for beginners and those already familiar with Muay Thai. Training includes dynamic warm-up, shadowboxing rounds, contact Muay Thai techniques, conditioning and heavy bag guided rounds.

Boxing

It’s time for arms. Punches, heavy bag attack , speed bags, focusing on pads and jumping ropes, this class offers high-intensity cardio with traditional boxing techniques.
