1. HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO JOIN FITBOX CLUB?

You must be at least 14 years old to become a member. If you are under 14, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and join kids group.

2. WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP START?

Membership starts once the fees are paid and membership became activated.

3. CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?

No, it can’t be freezed once fees for FITBOX membership are paid.

4. CAN I REQUEST REFUND FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?

Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

5. CAN I TRY FIRST?

Yes, you can. First trial is absolutely FREE.

6. WHEN DO I PAY MEMBERSHIP FEES?

Monthly memberships are paid in advance monthly, on the calendar date which the membership became activated, for the following month. Class packages are billed in-full at the time of purchase. Cash or card payment accepted in the club.

7. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR PAYMENT IS LATE?

If you do not fully pay your fees on the due date, FITBOX club may suspend your club access until your payments are up to date.
We will make a reasonable effort to let you know beforehand by one or more of the following:

• phoning you or speaking to you at your club

• sending you a text message

8. HOW DO I BOOK GROUP CLASSES?

You can book our classes via APP available for Android and iPhone.

9. HOW DO I PAY FOR PRIVATE CLASSES?

Private classes fees must be paid at the day of your first session or renewed once previous PT classes package is due to end. Cash or card payments accepted in the club.

10. DO I HAVE TO BOOK PRIVATE CLASS IN ADVANCE?

Yes, all private classes must be booked in advance through the APP.

11. CAN I CANCEL MY PRIVATE CLASS?

Reservations may be cancelled without penalty by cancelling up to 2 hours prior to the class start time. This may be done directly with coach. Once the class is cancelled within this time, the class will be returned to the clients’s account, and the member  will not be charged the cancellation fee.

Cancellations via electronic mail (email), Facebook messenger, Instagram or other social media, voice message, text message are not valid and the member will be charged.

All cancellations made less than 2 hours will be considered a no-show, as well as charged a no-show fee of 100% class cost.

12. WHAT HAPPENS IF I SHOW UP FOR A CLASS LATE?

All members who don’t sign in for a group class within the first 15 minutes from class start, will not be permitted to join the class.

Members being late for a private class will have their class reduced for the same amount of time they are late. For example being late for 15min, will reduce the private class length to 45min.

13. HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO USE MY PRIVATE CLASSES PACKAGE?

There are maximum 3 months given from the payment day for private classes to be used. Any remaining classes won’t be possible to use after mentioned period of time.

14. WHAT ABOUT MY HEALTH?

On the day you sign up for membership in FITBOX club, it is mandatory to sign health declaration form.
